Can the player ranking be changed to this:

Why? Because it's player ranking not time ranking. There are 3 players better than you not 3 times.

I agree with the first one. But the second one would be a bad idea imo.
The first one to set a time in stumpf (0.008 sec map) would be #1 forever and everyone setting a time after would get a lower rank.
Also it's more fun when you can tie players.
