As written in readme here: https://github.com/boutetnico/ETrun/blo ... /README.md, ETrun on OSX is only compatible with ET: Legacy client (tested on OSX 10.8 only but it should work on 10.7).

I invite you to test it, you can get it here : http://www.etlegacy.com/download

Please report your test results.

Hi,

As I said ETrun is not compatible with ET on OSX, only with ET:Legacy.

How to use ET:Legacy client on OSX:
  • Download ET:Legacy for OSX http://www.etlegacy.com/download
  • Extract it somewhere (/Applications for example)
  • Start etl (it's ET:Legacy client) via application launcher or via terminal ./path/to/etl
  • Open game console and write /cl_allowDownload 1
  • Connect to an ETrun server http://timeruns.net/servers/ to download mod and maps
  • Report bugs or issues
