Random map voting

Can a method be added to pick a random map from all the maps on the server? Atm the random vote only seems to pick a map from maps with a record.

It's now done, maps without a record are now also included while random voting.

On VET server random map function is picking maps that don't exist on the server or could not be loaded. So nothing happens.
ps: Also battery doesn't have any timers
