Changes from beta 2:

• fixed map change delay bug
• login system
• /records command
• record streaming system
• force cl_maxpackets >= 30
• changed scoreboard "status" field, show login (L), CGaz (C), Running (R)
• added PB checkpoints loading (loadCheckpoints command)
• disabled drowning (g_disableDrowning cvar)
• added "/callvote randommap"

Record streaming is enabled on the AP test server timeruns.net:11111.

Notes:

• you need to login if you want your records to be sent to the site
• to log in you need to set up your timeruns token, refer to the Getting started part of the site
