New scoreboard

The idea would be to make a new in-game scoreboard (TAB) and add some features like:

-Ranking players by their times

Feel free to add your ideas.

One list of player names with times sorted with the fastest on top.

Good idea, it's possible, but a bit tricky. A problem (not the only 1) with this, is for maps with multiple runs, which time to display?
