Normally the deadline is 1 august. My map will be ready, but I follow the idea of ninjadeer to postpone it. Maybe a bit after September so hopefully nobody will be on holidays and there will be more activity.

I have the same problem, the thing I do when I want to make a new map : I copy another .map (like firstroom.map because its in the mapping ide) then I paste it (in etmain/maps) and rename it then I open radiant.bat and load that new .map, remove everything and start mapping.

Oh great! I also was looking for it for weeks. Indeed thats a very cool effect

about my map, yes mine had 7 textures, but thats how I do, I build the map with a little amount of textures (instead of only clauk, cause I cant see shit whit that) and then at the end I take care of the textures

its fixed now but /rank command worked fine for me so I quess it was only when u called another player with a "*"
